Cycle Rally against Drugs
Details: Students of Atam Devki Niketan School participated in the Biggest Cycle Rally against Drugs in India on November 16. The rally was organized by Police Commissionerate Ludhiana to mark the martyrdom day of Shaheed Sardar Kartar Singh Sarabha. The rally was flagged off by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann from the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana and covered the distance of 13 Km. The purpose was to transform the on-going anti-drug campaign into a mass movement with the participation of people from all walks of life especially the students. Students of the school along with the teachers participated in the rally with zeal and enthusiasm. The participants were presented with medals and certificates of participation. The students resolved to be the ambassadors to create awareness about drugs and save the future generations from this menace.
